Azerbaijani sapper dies during training in Cambodia

An employee of the Azerbaijan Mine Action Agency (ANAMA) has died in Cambodia while undergoing training on mine clearance operations.

ANAMA confirmed the death in an official statement, Caliber.Az reports.

“With deep sorrow, we announce that ANAMA employee Orkhan Maharramov, who was participating in international humanitarian demining training in Cambodia, passed away due to health problems. The ANAMA team expresses its sincere condolences to the family and relatives of Orkhan Maharramov. Allah rəhmət eləsin!” the statement said.
