Bahrain arrests 41 suspects over alleged links to Iran’s IRGC
Bahrain’s Ministry of Interior has announced the arrest of 41 individuals accused of having ties to Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), in what authorities described as part of a broader counterintelligence and national security operation.
The suspects were identified through intelligence-gathering efforts, security investigations, and inquiries conducted by the public prosecutor’s office into alleged espionage activities and support for what Bahrain referred to as “Iranian aggression," Caliber.Az reports via the ministry.

The Interior Ministry said the detainees formed part of the organisation’s “core structure,” though officials did not immediately release further details about the group’s activities or the evidence against those arrested.
Authorities confirmed that legal proceedings have been launched against the suspects.
