Bahrain shoots down 129 missiles, 221 drones in ongoing Iran assault

Bahrain’s air defence systems have destroyed approximately 130 missiles and more than 220 drones launched from Iran toward the kingdom since the escalation of tensions in the region, the Bahrain Defence Force announced on X.

“During the current conflict, the country’s air defences intercepted and neutralised 129 missiles and 221 drones fired by Iran at Bahrain,” the statement said.
