Baku to host 4th Turkic world literature and book festival
Baku is set to host the 4th Turkic World Literature and Book Festival from May 24 to 31, with organisational support from the International Union of Turkic Authors.
The festival will take place in the park of the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences, near the Elmlar Akademiyasi metro station, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
Each day of the event will spotlight the literary and cultural heritage of a different country or region within the Turkic world, including Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Türkiye, Turkmenistan, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
The festival aims to promote literary exchange, cultural dialogue, and the preservation of Turkic languages and traditions through book exhibitions, readings, and discussions.
