Baku to host trial of Armenian terorist-saboteur on Nov. 30 Who was arrested in Kalbajar
The trial on the criminal case of Armenian saboteur Voskanyan Gagik Ashotovich, who was detained in Azerbaijan's Kalbajar district, will be held in Baku on November 30.
The session will proceed in the administrative building of Sabunchu District Court under the chairmanship of Ganja Court of Grave Crimes Judge Abdulla Mammadov, APA reports.
As it has been reported, the General Prosecutor's Office initiated a criminal case in connection with the violation of the state border of the Republic of Azerbaijan on August 16 by a sabotage and reconnaissance group (DRG) of the Armenian Armed Forces for the purpose of conducting terrorist-sabotage operations.
Gagik Ashotovich Voskanyan, a serviceman of the armed formations of Armenia, was prosecuted as an accused under articles 206.3.2, 214.2.1, 214.2.3 and 318.2 of the Criminal Code, and the court chose a measure of restraint in the form of arrest against him.
