Baku traffic police warns legal entities and government agencies
Baku traffic police appealed to legal entities and state structures.
The Chief Inspector of the State Traffic Police Department of Baku, Police Major Araz Askerli, told Caliber.Az that legal entities and government agencies that transfer their cars to the use of individuals are required to report this to the unified information base of the State Traffic Police within three days, providing place of registration and place of residence of an individual, his mobile phone number, email address (if any) and driver's license details.
Also, information must be provided when these data change (for example, when changing the place of residence of an individual).
In addition, legal entities and government agencies are required to respond within five days to requests from the Traffic Police regarding administrative offenses committed by drivers of their cars. If the answer is not given, then officials under Article 347 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Azerbaijan will be fined 150, and legal entities - 300 manats.
Araz Askerli emphasized that the Traffic Police once again urges this group of people to strictly observe the rules of the road and the requirements of the law, not to displease citizens with their actions and not to commit offenses, to treat the law with respect and responsibility.
