Bangladesh to conduct fire tests of TRG-300 KAPLAN missile
The Bangladeshi army plans to conduct test fires of the Turkish KAPLAN TRG-300 MLRS [Multiple Launch Rocket Systems] on February 1.
Turkish defence news website DefenceTurk announced this on its Twitter page, Caliber.Az reports.
Bangladesh is armed with 18 MLRS data units. The range of destruction is up to 120 km.
Due to its high accuracy and destructive power, the TRG-300 KAPLAN missile creates effective firepower against high-priority targets at a range of 20-120 km. With the help of the K+ weapon system and the Multipurpose Missile System developed by ROKETSAN, it can be launched from various types of platforms with appropriate interfaces.
The Azerbaijani Armed Forces are armed with the KASIRGA TRG-300 MLRS, which proved itself well during the 44-day war with Armenia.
