“Barking” protest rocks Poland’s Sejm during defence minister’s address VIDEO
Polish opposition lawmakers began barking like dogs during a speech by Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz in the Sejm.
A video of the incident was posted on X by Jakub Stefaniak, Secretary of State at the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland.

The incident occurred during an emotionally charged debate ahead of a vote on the candidacy of a new judge for Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal. When Kosiniak-Kamysz took the podium, one female lawmaker made sounds resembling a dog barking.
Stefaniak said the outburst came from the right-wing opposition, which he described as the “pathocracy,” a term meaning “pathological rightists.”
The incident comes amid broader tensions in Poland’s parliament over relations with Ukraine.
According to the report, the dispute unfolded against the backdrop of parliamentary debates over Poland’s relations with Ukraine.
