Belarus embassy attacked in Netherlands
In the Netherlands, on the night of July 2, unidentified people attacked the building of the Belarusian embassy in The Hague.
Three windows were broken, and red and black graffiti appeared on the walls, in particular, the inscription “Luka the terrorist,” the local edition of Omroep West reports on July 2.
Police have cordoned off the area and are investigating. Law enforcement officers also detained a 31-year-old man suspected of committing the crime.
Earlier, in the capital of Bulgaria, Sofia, unknown people painted a monument to Taras Shevchenko with paint. The embassy of Ukraine appealed to the competent authorities with a request to conduct an investigation.
It was also reported that vandals desecrated the building of the Ukrainian ambassador to the Vatican.
