Belarus launches drone strike operator groups
Belarus continues to assist Russia in waging war against Ukraine by providing its infrastructure, territory, and airspace.
Belarus is creating units of drone strike operators as part of the border troops, RBC-Ukraine reports with reference to the press service of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff.
In addition, the formation of the Russian-Belarusian grouping of troops on the territory of Belarus is underway.
"According to preliminary information, servicemen of the 38th separate guards airborne assault brigade of the armed forces of the Belarus Republic bought up to 100 sets of individual first-aid kits, unloading vests and other equipment for the needs of personnel of the 15th motorized rifle regiment of the 2nd motorized rifle division of the armed forces of the Russian Federation," the morning report of the General Staff on November 9 reads.
It is reported that Belarusian law enforcement authorities have tightened measures to search, identify and detain citizens with a pro-Ukrainian position, as well as those who criticize the authorities or the Russian war against Ukraine.
