Belarus president sounds alarm on global reordering, pushes for regional cooperation
Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko emphasized the urgency of maintaining unity amid a global reshaping during a meeting with heads of government delegations attending the sessions of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council and the CIS Heads of Government Council in Minsk on September 30.
Lukashenko highlighted the critical importance of preserving and developing economic cooperation, especially given the current conditions, Caliber.Az reports, citing Belarus media.
“A redivision of the world is underway; there is a competitive battle, a struggle. We would like to stand our ground in this struggle. And we can only do it together,” he stated.
Addressing the assembled officials, the Belarusian leader acknowledged their vital role, declaring, “You are the generals in your countries' economies.”
