Belgium stands with Bahrain after Iranian attack Kings discuss security

King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of Bahrain received a phone call from King Philippe of Belgium, during which the Belgian monarch expressed his country’s full solidarity with Bahrain, BNA reports.

“Belgium strongly condemns the Iranian attack targeting the Kingdom’s territory and supports all measures taken by Bahrain to safeguard its sovereignty and protect its security and stability,” King Philippe said.

In response, King Hamad underscored the peaceful nature of the Bahraini people and their commitment to the values of tolerance and coexistence. “The Kingdom remains dedicated to the path of peace and supports all efforts that promote security and stability in the region and worldwide,” he stated, also expressing gratitude to King Philippe for Belgium’s support.
