Black Sea drone attack hits second Greek vessel in days

A Greek-owned bulk carrier caught fire in the Black Sea after a drone fell onto the vessel, marking the second drone attack involving a Greek vessel within a week, Reuters reports.

The sources said the fire broke out aboard the bulk carrier after the drone came down on the vessel. Further details about the incident were not immediately available.

The latest incident follows a separate attack reported by Bloomberg, in which a drone struck a Greek-flagged tanker after it had loaded oil at a terminal operated by the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC).

No injuries were reported in that incident, and there was no environmental pollution, according to the report.
