Branch of foreign university to open in Karabakh

A branch of a foreign university is planned to open in Karabakh, Vusal Gasimli, Executive Director of the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications said.

According to APA, he noted that projects of 197 general educational and preschool institutions are planned for the territories liberated from the occupation, and 8 professional establishments will be opened.
