Brazilian president Lula urges peace amid global tensions

Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva called for global peace on April 10, expressing concern over actions by U.S. President Donald Trump.
“The world is difficult, Trump is threatening everyone,” Lula said during a speech at the inauguration of a federal education institute campus in Sorocaba, São Paulo state, Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.
In his remarks, Lula emphasised Brazil’s commitment to non-involvement in international conflicts.
“We in Brazil do not want war, we want peace,” he said, highlighting that his administration prioritises improving access to social, economic, and cultural services.
