British right-wing official calls for zero illegal immigration

Nigel Farage, leader of the British right-wing party Reform UK, has called for illegal immigration to the United Kingdom to be reduced to zero, arguing that current efforts to curb unauthorised arrivals do not address the broader migration challenge.

In an interview with The Telegraph, Farage said the recent decline in illegal crossings of the English Channel was not enough, claiming that some people entering the UK illegally were doing so to join criminal groups.

Farage also described law and order as "the most under-discussed crisis in the country at the moment," arguing that successive governments had failed to adequately address the issue despite growing public concern.
