Brussels reaffirms continued support for Yerevan

The European Union will continue to support Armenia on all issues of importance to its people.

The remarks were made by Anitta Hipper, Lead Spokesperson for EU Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Caliber.Az reports, citing Armenian media.

“Armenia is a sovereign, democratic and independent country with the right to choose its own path and partners,” she said. “We see increasing attempts by Russia to exert pressure on the Armenian people ahead of elections.”
