Bulgaria grants Azerbaijan's extradition request for wanted criminal

Bulgaria has extradited an Azerbaijani citizen that had an international arrest warrant issued for them.

This information was confirmed by Azerbaijan's General Prosecutor's Office, Caliber.Az reports.

Azerbaijani citizen Jeyhun Dadakhan oghlu Mardaliyev was delivered to Azerbaijan on February 7, escorted by a special convoy from the latter's Penitentiary Service. 

He has been wanted on charges of fraud causing significant financial damage. Due to his evasion of the investigation, he had been placed on an international wanted list.
