Bulgaria, Ukraine push energy cooperation during NATO talks

Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy held talks on bilateral ties and prospects for closer energy cooperation, according to a statement from the Bulgarian government cited by Anadolu Agency.
The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 36th NATO Summit of Heads of State and Government in Ankara.
“Bulgarian Prime Minister Rumen Radev discussed energy cooperation with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, including energy supplies and natural gas deliveries. The meeting also addressed efforts to diversify energy sources and develop new energy corridors toward Europe,” the statement said.
