Canada to allocate over $18 million in military aid to Ukraine

Canada will allocate 25 million Canadian dollars (about $18.3 million) to render military assistance to Ukraine.

These funds will be used to purchase winter clothing, as well as clothing for women. Moreover, Ottawa will send 2,000 155-mm shells, artillery shells, 2,260 gas masks, 277 air bombs and other ammunition to Kyiv, TASS reports citing a press release from the Canadian Department of National Defence.

Canadian Minister of National Defence Bill Blair announced another package of military assistance at a meeting of NATO defence ministers in Brussels.
