CBS: China weighs supplying Iran with advanced radar systems

Shortly after the start of the US–Israel war with Iran, American intelligence agencies detected signs that China was considering supplying Iran with advanced radar systems, CBS News reports, citing US officials.

According to analysts at the US Defense Intelligence Agency, Beijing is weighing the possibility of providing Tehran with modern radar systems, several officials familiar with the matter said.

The discussions reportedly took place amid separate claims that Russia had shared intelligence with Iran about US military facilities in the Middle East.
