CBS: Hundreds of US troops injured in Iran operation

A total of 373 American service members have been injured during the ongoing military operation in Iran, a spokesperson for US Central Command said as of April 6.

According to the statement, most of the wounded personnel have already resumed their duties. About 330 service members have returned to active service, while five are currently listed as seriously injured, CBS reports.

A total of 13 U.S. service members have been killed since the start of the war, according to the latest Pentagon reports released on Friday, April 3.
