China considers Russia most reliable strategic partner

Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui has said that China and Russia are each other's most reliable strategic partners.

He made the remarks during the opening of a scientific conference following the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, TASS reports.

“The economic complementarity between China and Russia is very strong. We are natural partners,” the diplomat stressed.

The ambassador noted that relations between Moscow and Beijing are exemplary for the major powers.

Hanhui added that the Chinese side, together with the Russian partners, intends to "unveil the potential of cooperation by creating new spheres of growth".
