Chinese woman born without limbs raises three children and goes viral
An 81-year-old woman in China, Wang Yushi, who was born without arms or legs, has independently raised three children, according to Daily Star.
Despite her severe physical limitations, she learned to manage daily tasks such as cooking, sewing, and even cutting food. Her skills and resilience have drawn widespread admiration on social media.
According to her son, Zhang Lihu, Wang only received an official name at the age of 27, when she married and a registry official formally entered her details for the first time. After marriage, she had two sons and a daughter. Much of the childcare fell on her, as her husband often worked away from home.
All three children are now adults with families of their own. Following her husband’s death, Wang moved in with her son, who runs a blog documenting her life. Hundreds of thousands of followers now track her story across Chinese social media platforms.
