Conference League: All semi-final teams revealed

The UEFA Europa Conference League have named all players in the semi-finals.

The French ‘Marseille’ football club, which won Azerbaijan’s ‘Garabagh’ FC in the playoffs, met with PAOK in Greece in the second leg of the quarterfinals, Report informs.

The representative of the Marseille city, who won with a minimum score, reached the semi-finals. The only goal was scored by Dimitri Payet in the 34th minute. The French club also beat the opponent in the first match.

The Norwegian ‘Bodø-Glimt’ FC was defeated by the Italian ‘Roma’ FC in the second leg of the 1/4 finals of the Conference League and left the tournament bracket.

The meeting in Rome ended with a 4-0 victory for the hosts, Tammy Abraham (5th minute) opened the scoring, after which Nicolo Zaniolo scored a hat-trick (23, 29, 49). Russian goalkeeper of the Norwegian club Nikita Khaykin came out in the starting lineup.

Thus, ‘Leicester’ will play against ‘Roma’ FC in the semi-finals, while ‘Feyenoord’ will play ‘Marseille’. The first legs of this stage will take place on April 28, with the return legs on May 5.
