Azerbaijani athlete wins first place in triathlon competition in Türkiye

Azerbaijani athlete Raul Mahmudov (born in 2011) took first place in the Turkish Cup triathlon competition in the city of Serik.

Among athletes born in 2012, Shamil Dovlatov took 7th place, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

Among 56 triathletes in the age category of 2008-2010, Ali Rzazade finished 14th, Tamerlan Musayev - 22nd, Teymur Jafarov - 26th.

The 2025 Serik Triatlonu Türkiye Kupası (Turkish Cup) took place over the weekend of April 19–20, 2025, in Serik, Antalya. This event marked the opening race of the 2025 Turkish Triathlon Cup season. Organized by the Turkish Triathlon Federation, the competition featured a variety of categories, including Elite, Youth, Star, Age Groups, Paratriathletes, and M3 (children), with race formats such as Mini Triathlon, Sprint, and Super Sprint distances. ​
