COP29 delegation commends Azerbaijan's inclusive approach for climate goals At UNEA-6 in Nairobi

The delegation of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) is attending the sixth session of the United Nations (UN) Environment Assembly (UNEA-6).

“Today at UNEA-6, a COP29 delegation explained Azerbaijan’s inclusive approach and promise to work with all stakeholders at COP29. They also highlighted the importance of setting enhanced ambitions for NDCs,” Caliber.Az reports, citing the official page of COP29 in social network X.

The Sixth Session of the United Nations Environment Assembly (UNEA-6) takes place from 26 February to 1 March 2024 at the headquarters of the United Nations Environment Programme in Nairobi, Kenya.
