Deadly shelling hits Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region, 13 wounded PHOTO
At least one person has been killed and 13 others injured in shelling across Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, the State Emergency Service (SES) said.
According to the SES, the number of casualties in the region has risen to 13, with one fatality confirmed.
In the city of Kryvyi Rih, seven people were injured, two of whom were hospitalised. Damage was reported to an industrial facility, educational institutions, apartment buildings, a shop and several vehicles.
Earlier in the morning, Russian forces struck a gas station in the Sofiivka territorial community of the Kryvyi Rih district. A woman was killed in the attack, and three others were wounded. A fire broke out at the scene.
In the Shakhtarske community of the Synelnykove district, three additional people were injured as a result of shelling. A vehicle was damaged.
Damage was also reported in other parts of the region. In the Kamianske district, gas stations and vehicles were hit, while in the Nikopol district, a residential building and outbuildings were damaged.
