Death toll surges as Middle East conflict expands

The number of casualties from the expanding conflict in the Middle East continues to rise as fighting spreads across the region and beyond.
According to foreign media, data from the International Committee of the Red Cross indicates that at least 1,300 people have been killed in Iran since the escalation began.
In Lebanon, the death toll has exceeded 200, while in Israel, more than a dozen people have reportedly died as a result of the ongoing hostilities.
Reports also indicate that six members of the United States Armed Forces have been killed during the conflict.
