Denmark donates over $13 million to Ukraine for cybersecurity

Denmark donated 91 million kroner ($13.26 million) to Ukraine to strengthen the cybersecurity of the country's armed forces and the defence ministry.
Denmark and other members of the IT coalition signed a cooperation agreement on January 24 in connection with the meeting of the Contact Group on the Defense of Ukraine, the Danish Ministry of Defence said, TASS reports.
In addition to Denmark, the coalition includes Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Ukraine and Estonia. At the moment, Luxembourg and Estonia have also announced financial assistance.
Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen said the donation is an important contribution to long-term support for strengthening Ukraine's cyber defence.
