Deputy FM: Netherlands can play crucial role in Azerbaijan-Armenia peace talks

Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov has said that the Netherlands can play a crucial role in Azerbaijan-Armenia peace talks.

He made the remarks at a meeting with MEP from the Netherlands Sjoerd Wiemer Sjoerdsma, APA reports.

“The Netherlands can play an important role in bringing Azerbaijan and Armenia back to the negotiating table,”  Mammadov tweeted.

“I had a good meeting with Sjoerd Wiemer Sjoerdsma. I informed him about the situation in our region, the Azerbaijani-Armenian peace process. The EU and the Netherlands can play an important role in bringing Azerbaijan and Armenia back to the negotiating table,” the deputy minister said.
