Dnipropetrovsk region comes under Russian attack, civilians injured photo
Russia carried out more than 20 attacks over the past 24 hours on three districts of Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk region, using drones, artillery, and Grad multiple launch rocket systems.
Three people were injured and civilian infrastructure sustained damage as a result of the strikes, head of the regional military administration, Oleksandr Ganja, reported on Telegram.
In the Nikopol district, the cities and communities of Nikopol, Marhanets, and Pokrov came under fire. A 42-year-old man was injured and hospitalised in moderate condition. Industrial facilities, a gymnasium, banking institutions, a post office, a café, a shop, and around ten vehicles were damaged.
In the Bohdanivka community of Pavlohrad district, a 48-year-old woman was wounded. She was taken to the hospital, where doctors assessed her condition as moderate. The attacks sparked fires in residential buildings and damaged several vehicles.
In the Synelnykove district, the Dubovykivka and Vasylkivka communities were shelled. An 87-year-old woman was injured, and a fire broke out, damaging residential housing.
