"Door of opportunity" for peace between Armenia, Azerbaijan opened Turkish defence minister says

Turkish National Defense Minister Yaşar Güler said a "door of opportunity" has been opened for long-term peace between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

He made the remarks while addressing the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye, Caliber.Az reports citing Turkish media.

"A door of opportunity has opened between Azerbaijan and Armenia to ensure long-term and sustainable peace. Our expectations are that Armenia will adhere to the position of cooperation not with other countries but with its neighbours," Güler noted in the parliament.
