Dozens rescued after ski lift halts on Ukraine’s Mount Zakhar Berkut PHOTO

Rescue teams in Ukraine are evacuating dozens of people after a lift stopped on Mount Zakhar Berkut in Lviv Oblast. Around 80 people were trapped on the lift, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine confirmed.

So far, 42 individuals have been safely rescued, including 22 children, Caliber.Az reports via Ukrainian media.

Emergency services are continuing their efforts to free those remaining on the lift.
