Drone attack in Russia’s Kursk causes death, injuries

An attack on a farming enterprise in Russia’s Kursk Oblast has left one person dead and three others injured, regional authorities announced.

The strike took place in the Khomutovsky district, Governor Alexander Khinshtein said.

“A Ukrainian drone struck the territory of an agricultural enterprise in the Khomutovsky district. According to preliminary information, three people were injured. One more, unfortunately, was killed — I offer my condolences to the family,” Khinshtein wrote.

He added that the injured received medical assistance and are being transported to the Kursk Regional Hospital for further treatment.
