Drone attack rocks Erbil as air defences activated VIDEO

Explosions were reported in Erbil following a drone attack, according to local sources.

Air defence systems in the city were placed on high alert as several drones reportedly reached their targets, raising security concerns across the Iraqi Kurdistan capital, Caliber.Az reports per Iraqi media.

Erbil International Airport has temporarily suspended operations following the incident. Authorities have not yet provided further details on the extent of the damage or any casualties.
