Drone strike hits passenger bus in occupied Donetsk, seven killed

At least seven people have been killed and 11 others injured after a drone struck a scheduled passenger bus in the occupied Donetsk region, according to local Russian-installed authorities.

The attack took place in the town of Yenakiieve, where the Moscow–Simferopol service was hit by an explosive-laden unmanned aerial vehicle.

Denis Pushilin, the Russia-appointed head of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, said initial reports indicated that all of the victims were civilians.

He added that the injured, who suffered varying degrees of wounds, were receiving medical treatment.
