Earthquake hits California No casualties reported

The US Geological Survey reported that a 4.7 magnitude earthquake hit near Cobb in Lake County on the night of January 1.
The quake initially measured 4.8 before being downgraded and later upgraded back to 4.7. It occurred at 6:34 p.m. (GMT-8), Caliber.Az reports via foreign media.
There have been no initial reports of damage or injuries.
According to the USGS, weak to light shaking was felt in parts of the North Bay and certain areas of San Francisco.
State Senator Mike McGuire, D-Healdsburg, shared on social media at 6:40 p.m. that a “pretty good shaker” was felt throughout the North Bay.
The Santa Rosa Fire Department also commented on the quake, posting on X that it was felt in the Santa Rosa area.
