Egypt to build two refugee camps in Gaza Strip

The Egyptian authorities are planning to build two camps for Palestinian refugees in the Gaza Strip.

The camp is going to be located in the town of Khan Younis in the south of the Gaza Strip, it will consist of 400 tents and will accommodate 4,000 people, TASS reports, citing the TV channel "Al-Qahira al-Ikhbariya".

According to the sources, the refugees will also be provided with electricity and sanitary facilities.

The sources added that Egypt is also planning to build a field hospital in the Palestinian town of Rafah and another camp just north of the town of Deir al-Balah in the Gaza Strip.
