One person was killed and three others injured in a Russian attack on Ukraine’s Kharkiv region, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) said.
The emergency service said the strike caused severe damage to a residential building and triggered a fire.
“As a result of the explosions, destruction and a fire occurred in a residential building. A 75-year-old woman was trapped under the rubble. Unfortunately, she was killed. According to preliminary data, three more people suffered acute stress reactions,” the SES said in a statement.
Rescue workers recovered the woman’s body from beneath the debris and extinguished the blaze.
“The operations were carried out under the constant threat of attacks by Russian FPV drones,” the statement added.
