Epstein files show Louis Vuitton meme featuring Lenin PHOTO

03 February 2026 20:17

Files released by the United States Department of Justice in the case of the controversial American financier Jeffrey Epstein include a meme featuring the Louis Vuitton logo alongside an image of Vladimir Lenin.

The image, dated November 30, 2013, was sent to Epstein by an unknown sender. In the same file, there is also a photograph of a Louis Vuitton exhibition displayed as a large suitcase on Moscow’s Red Square, Caliber.Az reports per Russian media.

The exhibition took place in 2013 as part of the 120th anniversary celebrations of the GUM department store, with Louis Vuitton creating a retrospective charity exhibition styled after a historical travel trunk belonging to Prince Vladimir Orlov, complete with a Russian tricolour motif.

The files also reveal that Epstein was reportedly offered the opportunity to organise an annual "Miss Russia" competition.

On January 30, the US Department of Justice published more than three million pages of documents from Epstein’s case, which include dozens of photographs of underage girls.

Epstein faced charges relating to the sexual abuse of dozens of minors between 2002 and 2005, including victims as young as 14, who were allegedly brought to his New York home and private island. He was found in a semi-conscious state in his jail cell in August 2019 and later died.

Earlier document releases from Epstein’s files had included references to Russian streamer Alina Rin.
