Estonia refuses to grant asylum to Russians avoiding mobilisation
21 September 2022 20:32
Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas has said that Estonia refuses to grant asylum to Russians who avoid partial mobilisation.
“We are accepting Ukrainian refugees. Every citizen is responsible for the actions of his/her native country, this also applies to the Russian citizens. So we do not provide any asylum,” Lenta.ru quotes Kallas as saying on September 21.
The prime minister emphasised that instead of fleeing, Russian men should publicly oppose the Russian military special operation.
