Estonian PM Says West should not underestimate Russia

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas said that the West should not underestimate Russia's military potential. This opinion was expressed by the head of government on June, 23 in an interview with the Associated Press.

“They [Russia] still have a lot of troops that can be deployed [to participate in hostilities],” she said. So "we shouldn't underestimate them in the long run," Kallas said.

“I’ve heard talks that, you know, there is no threat anymore because they have exhausted themselves. No, they haven’t,” Kallas added.
