Estonian prime minister to become Europe's top diplomat

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas will become the new EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.

The EU leaders have reached an agreement, Caliber.Az reports, citing German media.

Former Prime Minister of Portugal António Costa will become President of the European Council.

Now the post of the head of Eurodiplomacy is held by Josep Borrell, and the European Council is headed by Charles Michel.
