EU extends personal sanctions against Russia for another six months

The European Union has extended personal sanctions against almost 1,500 individuals and 205 legal entities from Russia because of the aggressive war against Ukraine.

Brussels correspondent of Radio Liberty Rikard Jozwiak made the remarks, RBC-Ukraine reports.

"The freezing of assets and the ban on entry for 1,473 people and 205 legal entities applied by the EU for actions aimed at undermining the territorial integrity of Ukraine has been extended for six months," he wrote.

He stressed that, despite some speculation, no one was excluded from the list.
