EU ministers demand clarification from Hungary on controversial visa policy
Foreign and interior ministers from eight European Union countries have sent a formal letter to Ylva Johansson, the EU Commissioner for Home Affairs, demanding an explanation for Hungary's decision to ease visa restrictions for citizens of Russia and Belarus.
Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna made a post on his X account in this regard, Caliber.Az reports.
Together with my Nordic-Baltic colleagues I sent a letter to #EU’s @YlvaJohansson to express concern over #Hungary’s decision to ease entry for Russians & Belarussians.
