Europe's crypto-exchange WhiteBIT, Turkish football club Trabzonspor to promote blockchain

Europe's largest crypto exchange WhiteBIT has become the general sponsor of Turkish professional football club Trabzonspor.

This is the next step in the blockchain promotion and global implementation of blockchain technology consistently undertaken by the WhiteBIT team, Interpressnews reports.

The agreement signed between WhiteBIT and Trabzonspor will be valid for three years up to the end of the 2024-2025 football season. The agreement came into effect on the eve of the Turkish football club's 55th-anniversary celebrations.

WhiteBIT and Trabzonspor will cooperate in several directions under the contract. In particular, WhiteBIT's logo is expected to be placed on Trabzonspor players' shirts. CryptoBIT will be promoted during all national football games, including the Turkish Super League, Turkish Cup, Turkish Super Cup and European competitions. WhiteBIT will also be a part of marketing and promotional activities taking place during Trabzonspor matches and training sessions of the club's players. Besides that, the partners have planned a shared digital activity on social networks.
