Ex-Shah’s son cuts ties with Trump, Netanyahu on social media after Iran deal

Reza Pahlavi, son of Iran’s last Shah and prominent opposition figure, has unfollowed US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Meta, following the announcement of a ceasefire with Tehran, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) reported on its Telegram channel.

“His Majesty the Sultan was angered and unfollowed Trump and Netanyahu on social media,” the IRGC message stated.

Pahlavi, who has long called for political change in Iran, has also urged citizens to take to the streets and stage strikes. He emphasized that protesters now need a concrete objective, calling on them to begin preparing to take control of central districts in various cities.
