Fars: Iran ready for prolonged confrontation with US, Israel

Iran and its population are prepared for a months-long confrontation with the United States and Israel, according to a source within the country’s security forces.

The source claimed US President Donald Trump has failed on the military front and was struck by the scale of the Islamic Republic’s capabilities, Fars news agency reports.

“The state and the people are ready for a prolonged, months-long confrontation,” the source said, adding that Iranian armed forces would deliver “even heavier strikes” against the enemy later today.
