Fars: US presents five conditions to Iran for continuation of talks
Washington has set out its own five conditions in response to Iranian demands, which the US administration says are necessary to continue the process of resolving tensions between the two countries, according to Fars News Agency.
The report states that the United States refuses to provide compensation for damage caused during bombings of Iranian territory. It also claims that Washington insists on the transfer of 400 kg of enriched uranium from Iran to the United States and the retention of only one active nuclear facility within the Islamic Republic.
In addition, the United States stated that it does not intend to release more than 25% of frozen Iranian assets. According to its position, the issue of ending the war on all fronts, including Lebanon, should be resolved through negotiations.
